I don't blame them at all. Lin lin is dumber than luffy (that's saying something) and was stronger than most giants as a kid. No idea why she was deported but she likely went on a sweets rampage and torn down half a city block. Carmel should have let the giants kill her. She's insane as an adult, she was crazy as a kid. "God of disaster" was spot on. I would have abandonned her too.
